Bulb planting for Christmas was a great success with everyone getting their hands (gloved) dirty. We've got hyacinths, snowdrops and narcissi all waiting to brighten up the shortest days. Rita the lady gardener came and helped and was very informative too, telling us that different coloured hyacinths don't like to be in the same pot.
