A Residents' Meeting, looking forward to Christmas had come up with the idea of making mince meat ready for Christmas mince pies. Donna rounded up all the ingredients and we got busy weighing, chopping, zesting, squeezing and mixing all the ingredients, stopping for a sniff of the ingredients and spices on the way.
