Movement to Music

This week's movement to music was great fun! We got the parachute out and Pauline's family and friends couldn't resist the fun so stayed longer to join in!

Brian's birthday

To celebrate Brian's birthday this month we had in Miss Kitty Collins to perform some jazz and rock numbers from the 40's up to the 60's! It was a great time and the usual suspects were up on the dance floor giving us their moves!

Flower arranging and Thursford Trip

Before Christmas Rita, the Woodspring Gardener, came in to make some Christmas wreaths with the residents. The results were stunning. Then we returned to Thursford to enjoy the light spectacular, with a range of fluffy moving displays all in the Christmas theme.

The January Activities Chart

HAPPY NEW YEAR !
The January activity chart is here! As you can see we have 5 residents and 4 staff birthdays this month so there are lots of parties!
Come and help us celebrate or call in any time!
Once a month we have a special day visiting another country or county of England. On Tuesday the 15th we are in London having a discussion in the morning then followed by a traditional lunch. The menu is not decided yet, so please post your ideas in the comments below!

Santa comes to Woodspring
